Since 2018, I have held the position of President and have been leading Cytronics with passion and dedication, overseeing all aspects of operations, finance, marketing, and human resources.

I am responsible for managing and overseeing payroll operations at Cytronics. I ensure the efficiency and compliance of operations and administrative processes, and I am available to assist you at any time.

I hold the position of Finance Manager, where I oversee and manage all financial aspects at Cytronics.

I am responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the various stages of a project to ensure its success. Feel free to contact me; I am here to assist you with pleasure at every stage of a project.

I ensure that your salaries and benefits are managed accurately. In addition, I handle CCQ payroll. I am here to answer all your questions and assist you with pleasure in all aspects of payroll.

I calculate and process your employees' salaries, overtime, and benefits securely. Additionally, I assist the accounting department. Feel free to contact me with any questions; I'm here to support you with enthusiasm.

I am in charge of programming at Cytronics and payroll settings. My role also includes regularly updating systems to incorporate legal changes and the evolving needs of the company.

When I graduated from McGill university in 1965 in the field of electrical engineering, computers were just beginning to emerge in the Montreal business world. My first and only job that I sought was with IBM International Ltd. Those were different times and the adventure for me was exciting. IBM sold only mainframes and when a customer purchased one, it took about two years to be manufactured before delivery.

In the period before delivery, the buying customer had to plan and develop the applications which would run those machines and they required support and education to do just that. IBM provided a « Test Center » staffed with support and test machines and I was very fortunate to secure one of those positions.

When a customer's programs didn't work, they came for help. The more I helped them, the more I learned and soon I had a reputation - you have a problem, go see Syd (that's me) at the Test Center. I was working long hours and I soon realized that I could port that into a business for smaller companies. So I left IBM and started a service center where we not only developed the applications but we ran the applications on the customer's behalf on our mainframe.

CYTRONICS CORPORATION / La Corporation CYTRONICS was born.

Today we have moved on to specializing in Payroll but the concepts have not changed. Our talent for developing makes our products one of the best available and our desire to please our customers is still part of our « Raison d'etre ».
